Shinheung SEC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘the company’) has established and opened the privacy policy to the public as follows to protect personal information of the main agent of information (customers) and to address the related complaints quickly and smoothly in accordance with Article 30, Personal Information Protection Act.

1. Purpose of Personal Information Handling
The company is dealing with personal information for the following purpose, and does not use it for other uses aside from the following purpose.
   - Confirmation on whether or not a customer is willing to join, verifying one’s identity according to service offering to customers, membership maintenance, payment according to the supply of items or services, supply and shipment of items and services etc.

2. Period of Handling and Retention of Personal Information
   ① The company deals with and retains personal information within the period of retaining and using personal information which has been agreed upon collecting personal information from the main agent of information or according to law.
   ② The specific period of handling and retention of personal information is as follows.
    - Customer Join and Management: a contact to use services or until joining membership is cancelled. But when the claim-obligation relationship remains, until the relationship is settled.
    - -Records of supply such as cancellation of a contract or subscription, payments, commodities in e-commerce: 5 years

3. 3.Providing Personal Information to the 3rd Party
The company does not provide personal information to the 3rd party except for the case that corresponds to Article 17, Personal Information Protection Act such as a separate agreement with the main agent of information and special regulations of the law.

4. The main agent of information regarding rights and obligations and how to exercise them can exercise its rights related to personal information protection of the following item anytime.
    1. Demanding the view on personal information
    2. Demanding corrections if there is an error in personal information
    3. Demanding deletion
    4. Demanding suspension of handling

5. Personal Information Items to Deal with The company is dealing with the following personal information items.
   - -Names, DOB, Address, Phone Numbers, Mobile Phone Numbers, Gender, and E-mail Address etc.

6. Disposal of Personal Information
   ① The company disposes of the corresponding personal information without hesitation whenever the personal information is not needed anymore such as the passage of personal information retention period and achievement of the handling purpose etc.
   ② The company disposes of personal information in the following way.
      - Electronic files: deleting files and formatting the storage media such as discs etc.
      - Documents written by hand: shredding or burned

7. Securing Safety of Personal Information
  The company has taken the following measures to secure safety of personal information.
    - -Managerial Measures: establishing and implementing internal management plans, periodic training for employees and workers
    - Technical Measures: controlling access authority such as setting a password of the personal information processing system (or a computer where personal information is stored) etc., installing security programs such as a vaccine program etc., encryption of files containing personal information
    - -Physical Measures: access and locking control for places where personal information is stored and kept

8. Responsible Person for Personal Information
  The company has designated a person responsible for protecting personal information as below in order to be in charge of overall works regarding personal information handling and to address complaints and damages of the main agent of information related to handling of personal information.

9. Change of Privacy Policy
   This privacy policy is applied from January 1st, 2022.

2. Agreement on Collection of Personal Information upon Joining Membership
Shinheung SEC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘The Company’) asks for an agreement with collecting and using personal information as follows for using services according to Article 30, Personal Information Protection Act.

1. Purpose of Personal Information Handling
The company deals with personal information for the following purpose, and does not use it aside from the following purpose.
① Identifying users and confirming one’s identity
② Addressing customers’ complaints such as contact complaints etc. for fulfilling the purpose contract

2. Personal Information Items to Collect
Names, IDs, Nicknames, E-mail Address, DOB

3. Period of Handling and Retaining Personal Information
It is deleted immediately when the customer cancels his or her membership

3. Agreement on Collecting Personal Information Upon Writing on Bulletin Board etc.
According to Article 30, Personal Information Protection Act, we ask for an agreement on collecting and using the following personal information for them to use our services.

1. The company deals with personal information for the following purposes, and does not use it for other purposes aside from them.
